Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Navreen Perfumes. We take great pride in the quality of our fragrances. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

1)Unopened and unused

2)In their original packaging and sealed condition

3)Accompanied by proof of purchase

Due to the nature of perfume and hygiene products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

Exchanges: If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Navreenperfumes@gmail.com and we will arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
